I just bought my jeep wrangler through this dealership and it was an amazing experience. Kasey and Marc were so helpful and understanding throughout the entire encounter. Even when we had to work around some issues and spent nearly four hours trying to work out some kinks th ey were so kind and reassuring. Brought my truck in for a diagnosis of some electrical issues few months back, got a call that they had found the issue to be the EBCM had moisture in it. Asked if they could try to blow it out with air and put some di-electric grease on it to see if that would solve it. I w as told by the service manager that they would try that and put it back together. When I picked the truck up It was still having issues, to be expected has I did not have them repair with a new Module or connector. I was able to further investigate into the issue and was able to see that there was water in inside of the EBCM connector. I was able to blow it out and get all of the moisture out and get the module working again. While under the truck, I found that Feldman left the EBCM module unplugged, the main trunk harness along the chassis was un-raveled from the frame and not attached with the p-clips and worst of all there were exposed wires from the diagnosis. After getting everything back to normal, I still had wheel speed sensor faults that I did not have before taking it to feldman. After some diagnosis and looking further I found that they had left the driver side front wheel speed sensor half plugged in due to them breaking the connector body and trying to cover it up. ...Read More

Great experience at service department. Despite some initial confusion about what the issue was and getting to the cause, the crew did a great job accommodating me while the fix was in progress, and still in progress. Glad to have people who can explain things in non-mechani c terms so things are clear on both sides, and open communication throughout. Super nice and friendly sales people here. Went searching for some information and ended up driving a car I wasn't ready to make a decision about yet. But, I can be a challenging client to read, so I don't fault them too much. Just wish I could have utilized my time a little more effectively. I also would have liked to take a look at the car at the bottom of the price range, but i only got to see the upper range car. My guess is they are less excited about selling the lower end cars. Deb Springer was a pleasure to work with! The service team diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the seat part. I reached out to Deb to confirm if both captain chairs were to be fixed as both have been noisy for the last year (I would put a kid in whatever seat was squ eaky/rattling that day). Deb quickly ordered the frame for the second seat; I truly appreciated her trusting me that the rattling of the seat(s) was inconsistent from day to day. I received a call when parts came in and Deb offered a loaner to assist with our family's driving needs.
